Note: I did not make this. A nice person on 2ch (>>52 and >>55 in the
thread linked above) did. I have decided to distribute a compiled version
based on post >>56.

Some notes:
* This version of Texture Font Generator only generates Japanese font pages.
Therefore it is a complement to the original Texture Font Generator,
not a replacement.

* A key feature is the ability to make a foonmix2 Compatible Font.
This enables a ton of other character pages for better compatibility when viewing
Japanese. I suggest everyone enable this, unless you have a good reason not to.

* Anti-aliasing only works if you have a good font. For some reason, MS *Gothic
and MS *Mincho don't become anti-aliased, while fonts like Kozuka Gothic,
Kozuka Mincho, Korataki, Gomoku, and Nagomi are anti-aliased.

I consider this a fault of the font and not the program.

* Bitmap fonts have clipped character widths if you make the font size too big.
Here are the ones I've seen it happen with:

	Fixedsys
	HaxrCorp4088
	MS Sans Serif
	MS Serif
	Small Fonts
	System
	WebbyCaps

I think it's limited to certain *.FON files, given that all of the above
are .FON files.

* Stroke pages don't really generate strokes; this is the same as in the normal
Texture Font Generator, so not a new bug.
